Hataitai Park Cycling Velodrome is an all-purpose outdoor concrete track. Facilities include two changing rooms, kitchen, first aid room, meeting function room, deck and car parking. The Velodrome occupies the elevated plateau on the western upper level, just above the main rugby and netball areas.
