The Wellington Jazz Festival takes place in the Pacific Blue Note Jazz Club, a purpose built venue within Wellington's Town Hall. The Friday night featured performances by Melanie Pain, the Mingus Big Band, and Fat Freddy's Drop as well as an outdoor concert in Civic Square featuring the Noks, and the Eggs.
